Olympus is the AI marketing system agencies and growth teams use to deliver strategy, creative, funnels, media buying, and CRM from one workspace, with agents working alongside the team. We are small, senior, and close to our customers. We like people who ship quickly, care about craft, and want to change how marketing work gets delivered.

## About the role

As a Senior Product Engineer on the Agents team, you’ll build the agents that plan campaigns, write and design creative, launch on Meta and Google, and hand work back to people for approval. You’ll own features end to end, from the first sketch with a customer to the metrics that tell us it worked.

Your work shows up every time an agency delivers a client project in Olympus, so the quality bar is the one our customers’ clients will see.

## What you’ll do

-   Build and ship agent workflows across strategy, creative, launch, and CRM, from prompt design to production UI.
-   Design the approval and autonomy controls that let each team decide what agents can do on their own.
-   Raise agent quality with evaluations, tracing, and the feedback customers leave inside the product.
-   Work directly with agencies to find the slowest parts of their delivery and remove them.
-   Help set the engineering bar for a small team: code review, architecture, and how we ship.

## You may be a fit if

-   You’ve shipped production software that real customers depend on, and you like owning the whole stack in TypeScript, React, and Postgres.
-   You’ve built with large language models and have clear opinions about where agents work and where they fail.
-   You write clearly and move easily between product, design, and engineering conversations.
-   You care about the details people feel: speed, empty states, and how the product recovers from errors.
-   Experience in marketing, ad tech, or at an agency is a plus, not a requirement.
