Introduction Etho Inc. (“Etho,” “we,” “us”) builds Olympus, an AI marketing system for teams and agencies. This policy covers our website, the Olympus app, the Olympus CLI and desktop app, and any related services (together, the “Service”). Etho determines how account, billing, security, and website information is used for its own service operations. When a customer uses Olympus to process client or prospect information on its instructions, the customer determines the purposes of that use; Etho’s role depends on the processing and applicable agreement. Agencies must also have their clients’ authority. The applicable agreement and law govern each party’s responsibilities. ## 2\. Personal data we collect ### A. Data you give us - **Account details**, company and user roles, billing metadata, support communications, brand assets, prompts, creative and work product. - Depending on the features you use, **workspace data** may include client and prospect contact records, CRM fields, form submissions, messages and attachments, delivery events, and records of consent, opt-outs, and suppression. - **Do not submit Protected Health Information**. - **Payment-card details** are handled by the payment provider. ### B. Data collected automatically Device and browser information, IP address, pages and features used, diagnostic and security logs, and **records of actions, approvals, budget settings, and configuration changes**. Cookies and analytics support authentication and service operation and help us understand use. The customer agreement also describes **session replay of signing and checkout activity**, with payment fields excluded, as supporting evidence alongside the signed record. **Replay does not prove** that a person read or understood an agreement. ### C. Data from connected services Connected accounts can provide authorized contacts, campaign and performance data, messages, account identifiers, and integration credentials or tokens. The information depends on the service, permissions, and features used. Disconnecting an account limits future access but does not necessarily delete previously transferred data or stop activity already accepted by that provider. ## 3\. How we use personal data To provide and secure the Service, run the agents and workflows you ask for, process payments, respond to support requests, send product and security notices, understand usage so we can improve Olympus, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal obligations. Etho does not sell customer data. Our customer agreement also limits the use of identifiable customer data to train a model for a competitor. How we share personal data We share data with hosting, AI, email, payment, CRM, advertising, and attribution providers as needed to provide the service. Connecting a third-party account authorizes the resulting exchange of data. See [Subprocessors](/subprocessors) for the provider list. We may also disclose information where required by law. ## 5\. Retention We retain information to provide, secure, support, and improve Olympus and to meet legal obligations. After a subscription ends, the customer agreement allows seven days to export data. Etho may keep an archived copy for up to thirty days for recovery, then deletes or de-identifies it, apart from routine backups and legally required records. ### Records and deletion. Workspace content, provider requests, backups, and agreement, billing, consent, or security records can have different retention purposes. The subscription export and recovery periods do not promise deletion of every record held by Etho or an independent connected provider on the same date. Applicable legal obligations and the accepted agreement continue to govern. ## 6\. Security We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict access by role, and monitor our systems for misuse. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us right away. ## 7\. Your rights and choices **Depending on applicable law**, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Contact **[hello@etho.net](mailto:hello@etho.net)**; we may need to verify your identity or authority. If a business holds your data in its Olympus workspace, **contact that business first**. **Unsubscribe** from marketing emails using their unsubscribe link. Browser cookie controls may affect service functionality; they do not necessarily control every form of analytics or tracking. ## 8\. Regional disclosures ### EEA, UK, and Switzerland Your rights and the legal basis for processing depend on the purpose of the processing and the law that applies. Contact us for information about international data handling and the terms applicable to your organization. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data protection authority. ### United States Etho does not sell customer data. Residents of California and other states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or information about exercising those rights. ## 9\. Children Olympus is built for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. ## 10\. Changes to this policy We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. ## 11\.
