Forty clients, five tools, zero context
Northwind grew by saying yes to every channel a client needed. By 2025 each account lived across a project tool, a CRM, an ad manager, a shared drive and a spreadsheet of brand rules. Account leads spent Mondays rebuilding context instead of doing the work.
New hires took six weeks to get useful on an account, and every handoff lost something: a tone note, a banned claim, a test that already failed.
“Every client now has one place that knows their brand, their numbers and their history. Our leads approve work instead of chasing it.”
Moving every account in three weeks
Northwind started with its five largest clients. Olympus imported each brand's guidelines, past campaigns and contact history, then built a brand profile agents could draft against. The rest of the roster followed within three weeks.
Approvals stayed with people. Agents write the first draft of briefs, ad sets and follow-ups; account leads review, edit and ship.
What changed
Campaigns that took two weeks to set up now launch in days. New hires are productive on an account in their first week, because the account's context is already written down. And Northwind took on eight new clients this year without adding headcount.
