Table of contents
1. General information
The Olympus website, product pages, blog, Learn lessons, and marketing materials are provided for general information. They are not legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice. Talk to a qualified professional before relying on them for decisions like these.
We work to keep this content accurate and current, but features, integrations, and prices change. Your customer agreement and the Terms of Service control over anything on this website.
2. AI-generated content
Olympus can produce drafts, research, copy, images, video, pages, and recommendations. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or similar to others’ work. Review content before approving it; authorizing automatic publication does not remove your obligations. AI-generated UGC-style creative is advertising, not evidence that a real customer used a product. The rules for testimonials, claims, and disclosures in Terms Section 4 and Acceptable Use Section 2 apply.
AI is not a compliance approval.
Etho’s tools and any generated compliance suggestions do not certify an advertisement as lawful. Seek advice from qualified counsel or your legal team where needed. Read the FTC resources in Acceptable Use Section 8 and the advertising obligations in Terms Section 4.
3. No guaranteed results
The $41 million figure refers to historical client results from the agency work and playbooks on which Olympus was built. It is not revenue generated by the Olympus software, a statement of typical Olympus customer results, or a promise of what a purchaser will earn. The 200+ businesses figure likewise describes businesses served before the system was built. These historical figures must remain distinct from any later results measured for Olympus customers.
Understanding the figures.
The historical figures describe the experience behind Olympus. They do not establish typical performance, causation, profit, or a guaranteed financial return. Any separately identified Olympus customer results apply to the stated cohort, period, metric, and conditions. Case studies, projections, and calculator estimates are not promises of an individual outcome.
4. Ad spend and autonomous actions
Depending on the autonomy setting you choose, agents can recommend changes or act on your behalf, including moving budget between campaigns on connected ad accounts. You set the limits and approvals for each account. Spend incurred within the permissions you grant is your responsibility, and ad platforms bill you directly under their own terms.
5. Third-party platforms
Olympus connects to services such as Meta, Google, CRMs, and email providers. Those companies are not affiliated with Etho and do not endorse Olympus. Integrations depend on their products, APIs, and policies, which can change or become unavailable without notice. Your use of those services is governed by their terms.
6. Comparisons and trademarks
Comparison pages reflect our understanding of other products from public information on the date shown, and may not reflect their latest features or prices. Product names, logos, and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them. If you see something inaccurate, tell us and we will review it.
